Delivery is a minimum of $25 regardless of location. The delivery fee is calculated by mileage from location in the 37013 zip code at $4 per mile. The installation fee is 15% of your subtotal. It includes set up & breakdown of event items. LATE PICK UPS after 11pm & or NEXT DAY PICK UPS (on Sundays).
The customer must notify us of cancellation within 5 days prior to the event, pickup or delivery. Orders that are not cancelled 5 days prior to delivery, pickup or installation will not be refunded in any way. Also, Funds may be used toward another event within (12) calendar months of the original event date, based on the availability of Blissloon Creations. Deposits are non-refundable.
We mainly serve Davidson County, Wilson County, and Williamson County, Rutherford County and we also serve other counties in Middle Tennessee area.
If your balloons are outside in extreme heat/cold or rain, we cannot guarantee outdoor decor for more than 1-3 days. If your balloons are in direct sunlight it is possible that they will only last the day and could pop or shrivel due to intense heat. If your balloons are inside they can last up to 3 weeks!
Blissloon Creations is not responsible for the balloons once we leave your property.
